Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - CPA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is an advantage but not required. - At least 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or compliance. - Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, risk assessment, and financial reporting. - Experience in retail, food & beverage, or multi-branch operations is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - Experience with accounting systems and ERP software is preferred. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills. - Strong report writing, documentation, and presentation skills. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments. - Willing to conduct branch visits and travel when necessary.Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits - Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify potential risks. - Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations. - Monitor implementation of corrective actions. - Investigate irregularities, policy violations, and operational concerns. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. - Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.Apply now and become part of a team committed to integrity, accountability, and operational excellence!
