- Manage the seating arrangements to optimize customer service.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Address customer inquiries and assist with reservations.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong waitering skills, and experience in quick service restaurant environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues professionally.
