Description - Manage and oversee collection processes to ensure timely payment from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze account discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop effective collection strategies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes professionally to maintain relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience in collections or financial services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle conflict resolution.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
