- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to meet health and safety standards.
- Organize and maintain dishwashing area to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep duties as needed.
- Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring all items are properly cleaned.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station throughout service hours.

- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–1 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a clean workspace.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
