Position: Service Manager Automotive Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Mandaluyong Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday Salary: Php 70,000 – Php80,000 (Basic) Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive or related courses
- At least 5 years working experience in Aftersales job.
- At least 2 years working experience in supervisory or managerial role
- With a valid Driver’s license
- Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daily operations of service centers and parts departments.
- Manage escalated customer complaints, implement and ensure high levels of service
- Ability to lead, train and mentor staff (technicians and service advisors).
- Conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing levels.
- Oversee parts inventory and minimizing excess stock while ensuring availability.
