Quantity Surveyor

Job description: - Responsible for preparing cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project costing. Performs site inspection and validation of actual site conditions.

• Coordinates with project engineers and contractors to ensure accurate measurement, pricing, and implementation of project requirements.
• May also prepare or review CAD drawings related to quantity take-off and project documentation.

• Licensed Civil Engineer with experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, BOQ preparation, CAD drafting, and site inspection.
• Strong knowledge in construction materials, costing methods, and project documentation.
