We are seeking a friendly and efficient waiter/waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are correctly noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring correct order and presentation.
- Check back with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, silverware, and other service items.
- Assist with table setting and resetting.
- Follow all restaurant procedures and guidelines.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
