CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer literate
- Can do multi-tasking in minimum supervision
- With pleasing personality
- Excellent in Verbal and Written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- With Customer Relations Officer is an advantage
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed
- Handle customer complaints and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customers interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve
- Stay up to date on company policies, products and services
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues
