- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing them with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions. You will assist in identifying customer needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to purchase.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar pre-sales role preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences.
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the industry or product-specific knowledge is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop in the role.
