- Hair Cutting & Styling: Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, trims, styling, and shaping according to client preferences and hair type.
- Coloring & Treatments: Apply hair color, highlights, and treatments, ensuring quality results and client satisfaction.
- Customer Consultation: Offer personalized advice on hairstyles, color choices, and hair care products based on client needs and hair health.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing tools, equipment, and following hygiene protocols.
- Upsell Products & Services: Recommend and sell hair care products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Licensing/Certification: Valid cosmetology license and/or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience as a hairdresser with knowledge of hair trends and techniques.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision in haircuts, styling, and coloring to meet client expectations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining energy and focus.
