Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help customers maximize the value of our solutions while ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Job Summary: The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in managing the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and after-sales support to contract renewals and account growth. This role works closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand business. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams
- Monitor the customer journey, including onboarding, after-sales support, contract renewals, and retention
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, business reviews, and regular client check-ins
- Track solution performance and ensure customers receive excellent support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Work closely with the Sales team to support subscription renewals and account growth
- Review technical documents for completeness and compliance with payment requirements
- Coordinate with project stakeholders regarding payment requests and required documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, B2B Sales, or a similar role
- Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
- Experience handling enterprise and government accounts is a plus
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Salary Range: PHP 30,000–PHP 45,000
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
- Work Location: Quezon City
