Sales Engineer

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Promote and sell company products and services to contractors, developers, and project owners.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after-sales support. ort
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and participate in tender submissions when required.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation of transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- A licensed engineer (PRC) is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, project specifications, and processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into sales solutions.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
- With a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
