Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of customer service experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Spanish and English, excellent communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working Conditions: Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends may be required
