- Harvest crops or plants in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal damage to the produce and plants.
- Operate harvesting machinery or use manual tools to collect products while following safety protocols.
- Inspect crops for quality, sort produce, and prepare it for packaging or transport.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions, perform manual labor, and lift heavy items.
- Experience with Harvesting Equipment: Knowledge of and experience operating harvesting machinery or tools safely and efficiently.
- Attention to Quality: Ability to inspect crops, ensure proper sorting, and maintain high standards for quality during the harvesting process.
