Process Automations Officer

- Analyzes business processes, identifies automation opportunities, and translates requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Coordinates with business and technical teams to ensure effective solution design, testing, and implementation of automated workflows.
- Supports documentation, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in process analysis, automation tools (e.g., Power Apps/Automate), and project coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail.
