What are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative, capable and hands-on Marketing & Content Specialist to support the ongoing growth of the brand.

This is a broad marketing role with a strong focus on content creation, social media and digital advertising . You'll be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand content, managing our social channels, supporting Meta advertising campaigns, and engaging with our online community. As part of a growing e-commerce business, you'll also have the opportunity to work across email marketing, customer service and other areas of the business.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, digitally capable and able to produce great work independently. We're less concerned about a specific number of years of experience and more interested in the quality of your work and what you can do .

What are you expected to do?

• Content Creation & Social Media

• Create high-quality static content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels.
• Create and edit short-form video content.
• Develop content in line with the client's brand identity and creative direction.

• Plan, schedule and publish social media content.

• Write, test and adapt captions, advertising copy and other marketing content.
• Maintain a consistent and engaging presence across our social channels.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results.

• Meta Advertising

• Set up, manage and monitor campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

• Develop and adapt creative for different campaigns, audiences and placements.

• Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimisations.

• Test different creative concepts, copy, audiences and campaign approaches.
• Assist with reporting and identifying opportunities to improve advertising performance.

• Community Management

• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across our social media channels. Engage with customers, followers and prospective customers in a friendly and on-brand way.
• Develop a strong understanding of client's products, policies and processes to provide accurate information.
• Identify and appropriately escalate customer issues or enquiries when required.

• Email Marketing

• Support email marketing campaigns, including preparing content, creative and copy.
• Assist with promotions, product launches and other e-commerce marketing activities.
  

• Customer Service & General Support

While marketing will be the primary focus of the role, you'll also assist with other areas of the business as required, including:

• Responding to customer enquiries.

• Providing customer service across relevant channels.

• Learning and applying client's products, policies and customer service processes.

• Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks.

• Supporting the wider team as priorities evolve.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have a strong eye for design, branding, and content quality.

• You can independently create polished, professional social media content.

• You are highly proficient in Canva and other content editing tools.

• You are highly proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads Manager .
• You have strong experience with paid social media advertising.
• You have excellent written and spoken English.
• You can communicate naturally and professionally with customers online.
• You can quickly learn new products, systems, and processes.
• You are comfortable working across different responsibilities in a growing business.
• You ideally have experience working in e-commerce, consumer products, or a similar environment .

• You are willing to work Monday to Friday (7AM to 4PM Manila Time).

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio of previous work is important for this role. We'd love to see examples of content you've personally created, particularly:

• Social media graphics and static content

• Reels and other short-form video

• Paid social advertising creative

• Meta advertising campaigns

• E-commerce and email marketing content

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

1. You'll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we'll let you know if things need to move quicker.

3. If all goes well, we'll complete reference checks and requirements quickly—so we can get that job offer to you without delay.
