Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field Language: Fluent in English Skills: Strong negotiation and management abilities Experience: Experience in similar fields is highly preferable. Responsibilities: 1. Planning & Launch Budget & Schedule Planning: Develop feasible project timelines and budget plans. Vendor Selection: Select and contract with construction companies and subcontractors. Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and construction teams on store design and feasibility. Contract Review: Define scope of work and clarify responsibilities in legal agreements. Procurement: Oversee the ordering of fixtures and necessary items for store opening. 2. Execution & Monitoring Progress Management: Monitor project milestones. Direct site supervisors to implement recovery plans for any delays (oversight role; no manual labor). Issue Resolution: Handle unexpected problems (e.g., material shortages, additional works) and negotiate solutions with clients. Mall Liaison: Facilitate communication between the construction team and mall administration/property management to ensure smooth operations. Cost Control: Monitor external costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the budget. Stakeholder Management: Report to upper management and coordinate with internal department managers and external vendors. 3. Closing Inspection & Handover: Verify the final deliverable meets contract specifications and manage the handover process. Billing & Payments: Manage invoicing to clients and process payments to subcontractors. Post-Project Review: Conduct a retrospective to identify lessons learned for future projects.
