Finance Assistant

- Account reconciliation
- Tax filing & remittance, compliance monitoring and documentation
- Petty cash custodian and replenishment
- Perform checking of Fund Request and Settlement Report for assigned designated/special projects.
- Review, verify, and process invoices.
- Prepare and process payments
- Regularly updates listing of financial transactions, budget monitoring report and
- provides updates on financial status of designated/special projects.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and financial analysis
- Identify regulatory issues and concerns associated with tax compliance by reviewing contracts, policies, and guidelines of the company
- Ensure our company’s internal processes are compliant with existing tax laws by monitoring tax development at local and national levels
- Negotiate with tax authorities to resolve tax payment issues and ensure tax filings are submitted within the estimated timelines
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- 1-3 Years of Work Experience in Accounting
- 1-3 Years of Work Experience in Accounts Receivable
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Taxation or Tax Compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Peachtree Software and other Accounting Systems
- Keen Attention to Details
- Can start ASAP
