We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining vehicle standards in compliance with company and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods to assigned destinations on schedule.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Maintain delivery records including mileage, fuel, and receipts.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate with dispatch for route updates and delivery instructions.
- Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction codes 2, 3, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy cargo.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
