Job Description:
o Backend Development
- Develop backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with proper validation, error handling, and consistent response structures.
- Integrate backend modules with existing PHP legacy services, where applicable.
- Collaborate with frontend and system integration teams on feature delivery.
- Create test cases and execute unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
o API Development and Integration
- Implement standardized URI naming and methods, including GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.
- Collaborate with the platform team to onboard APIs into the API gateway.
- Ensure API reliability, consistency, and testability.
o Microservices and Infrastructure
- Develop backend modules following microservices principles.
- Package services using Docker containers.
- Understand VM-based and container-based deployment environments.
- Support API aggregation and distributed backend workflows.
o Collaboration and Code Quality
- Contribute to Git workflows, including branching, pull request reviews, and versioning.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD processes.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability in accordance with best practices.
