- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on their prescription and lifestyle needs.
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage.
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory of eyewear products.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and compassionate
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Working Conditions: May require standing for long periods
