* Assist the store owner in daily operations:
* Stock shelves with merchandise.
* Organize inventory to ensure efficient stock rotation and prevent spoilage.
* Attend to customers promptly and courteously.
* Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
* Assist with basic accounting tasks such as recording sales and managing cash transactions.
* Provide excellent customer service:
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
* Answer customer inquiries about products and prices.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
* Basic understanding of customer service principles: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
* Honest and trustworthy: With a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills: Ability to handle cash transactions, record sales, and understand basic inventory records.
* Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
