- The Apartment Caretaker is responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the apartment building and its surrounding grounds. This role requires a hands-on individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Experience in building maintenance, property management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience with basic handyman tasks is a plus.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry: Ability to perform minor repairs (e.g., unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks).
- Knowledge of building systems: Familiarity with HVAC systems, fire alarms, security systems, and other building equipment.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact effectively with residents
