- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve service delivery.
- Utilize technical skills to navigate call center software efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service orientation
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
