What are we looking for?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Junior Data Analyst to assist with maintaining accurate client and asset information, supporting data migration, and keeping systems and records up to date. This role is focused on Excel and data cleanup, and is suited to someone who is comfortable working with large amounts of data, checking information for accuracy, and following established processes.

This is a 6-month project-based role with a potential for regularization .

What are you expected to do?

• Maintain and update asset lists, inventory records, product information, and new client setups.
• Review information in internal systems and identify incomplete or missing data fields.
• Assist with data migration activities following new client acquisitions.
• Upload client reports and information to third-party portals.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently across systems.
• Support general administrative and data-related tasks as required.
• Provide potential support with quoting activities as the role develops.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in data entry or data analysis , or you are a fresh graduate with data-related experience from capstone projects, theses, or OJT.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• You can review information carefully and identify missing or incomplete data.

• You are organised and able to manage multiple data-related tasks.

• You can follow processes and maintain accurate records.

• You are comfortable working independently and completing tasks within deadlines.
• You have strong written communication and basic problem-solving skills.
• You are willing to work from Monday to Friday (7AM to 4PM Manila Time).

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

1. You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
