About the Role

Job Title:  Team Member
Reports to:  Store Manager/OM
Work Schedule:  Shifting Schedule
Work Location:  SULBING KOREAN DESSERT - MOA (Pioneer Store)

Job Summary: 

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and highly motivated  Team Members  to join the pioneer team of  Sulbing Korean Dessert  at SM Mall of Asia. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving Sulbing's signature Korean desserts, beverages, and menu items. You will help maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence to create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

As part of the pioneer team, you will play a key role in establishing the store's culture, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to the successful launch of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and process payments.
• Prepare and serve Korean desserts, bingsu, beverages, and other menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service during operating hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, service counters, and equipment.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including preparation, stocking, cleaning, and sanitation.
• Monitor product freshness and assist in inventory replenishment and stock rotation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and store management to achieve operational goals.
• Support promotional activities and new product launches.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Store Supervisor or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• Experience in food service, café, restaurant, or dessert shop is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Can start immediately is an advantage.
