- Ensure cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist kitchen staff with meal preparation and serving as necessary.
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated places.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Kitchen hygiene, attention to detail, teamwork
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and adhere to hygiene practices
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods
