MPB Cement Trading
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cement products, providing product information and recommendations.
- Load and unload cement bags or related materials for customers or deliveries.
- Organize and maintain the storage area to ensure safety and accessibility.
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform the supervisor when stocks need replenishment.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the sales area and storage spaces.
- Assist with deliveries or transportation of products, if required.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy cement bags.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive work attitude.
- Familiarity with cement products and their uses (preferred but not required).
