Appointment Setter

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and resilient individual with experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) focused on sales and lead generation. Serving primarily clients in the professional services and e-commerce sectors, the Appointment Setter will perform outbound cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to engage with potential leads and schedule sales appointments. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling rejection, adept at using CRM and communication tools, and able to maintain a human-focused approach in high-volume prospect interactions.

Work schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours primarily in Central or Eastern Time zones, with some flexibility to support other time zones as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects using provided lead lists and CRM tools.
• Manage and respond to inbound calls and voicemails, qualifying leads and capturing key information.
• Execute targeted email campaigns and customize outreach messages based on lead status and profiles using email platforms and templates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related tools to identify, engage, and communicate with potential clients via messaging and calls.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments accurately and coordinate follow-up with sales closers or business development managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead statuses, and appointments within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the business development team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor daily KPIs including call volume, email outreach, and appointment booking targets.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions to stay current with sales techniques, tools, and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members to report progress, challenges, and insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development representative roles, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Apollo, Salesforce), communication tools (e.g., Gmail, Dialpad), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and time tracking software such as Time Doctor.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a near-native English accent . Must be able to communicate clearly, articulate ideas confidently, build rapport naturally, and handle objections professionally.
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation and performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing outreach campaigns and lead data.
• Preferably experienced working with clients in e-commerce, professional services, or SaaS industries.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
• Adaptability to learn new technology tools quickly and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
