About The Role Location: Ermita, Manila (Head Office) Role Type: Full-time Department: Technical Reporting to: Sr. Technical Service Engineer As the Quality Control Associate , you will ensure that incoming products from suppliers meet established quality standards, specifications, and company requirements before acceptance or release. You will also be conducting inspections, identifying non-conforming products, and coordinating the proper handling of defective or on-hold items, while maintaining accurate inspection records to support quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and supplier compliance. Other responsibilities include:
- Conduct incoming product inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and monitor non-conforming or on-hold products while coordinating timely resolution with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, prepare quality reports, and ensure traceability for audits and compliance requirements.
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in product quality, quality control, technical service, product testing, or a related field is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inspection methods, quality standards, specifications, and measurement tools.
- Proficient in Google Workspace for maintaining inspection, inventory, and quality records.
- Good documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
