Hospital Housekeeping - Team Leader

- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency.
- Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas for quality control.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
- Coordinate staff schedules, including time-off and shift adjustments.
- Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping procedures to improve guest experience.
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Education: At least College Level.
- Experience: 1-2 years in housekeeping or facilities management, with 1 year in a leadership role.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Attention to Detail: Focused on cleanliness, organization, and quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge: Familiar with housekeeping practices, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility: Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
