Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)
  • 2 or more years of experience in Telecommunication environment

  • 2-5 years' experience supporting order queues for timely action and response

  • 0-2 years' experience with Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Clear writing and communication skills

  • Willing to work fully onsite in Alabang (US-based client/partner)

  • Ability to operate as a member of a strong team, as well as work independently to complete daily tasks and report status as required

  • Ability to understand, update and create reports

  • Capacity to work on multiple tasks/projects and meet various deadlines

  • Aptitude for learning new/different processes within the company to better understand other data architectures and workflows.

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in all tasks

  • Excellent time management; proficient in Word and Excel

  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong communication skills — fluent in written and spoken English

  • Great at problem-solving, analysis, and research

Your Impact Starts Here

  • Review customer order design requirements for processing before and after customer sales.

  • Manage multiple queues and cases while maintaining a 2-day SLA at each stage on accurate response and completion.

  • Submit costing request from the client's engineering team, to support necessary requirements for the customer service design

  • Gather intercompany costing and summarize for Solutions Engineer & Deal Management teams to process

  • For post-sales work, create systems entries in preparation for intercompany ordering and expense tracking

  • Submit and support intercompany customer orders and project manage status for completion of work

  • Maintain detailed records of orders on intercompany interactions

  • Provide reports to management summarizing completed projects and any process improvement ideas
