Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Spanish and English, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, possible evening or weekend shifts.
