REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Having 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, employee relations, administration, or procurement.
• Having experience in supporting foreign employees, employee onboarding, or international HR coordination is highly preferred.
• Having experience in international procurement, particularly sourcing through Taobao, Alibaba, or Chinese suppliers, is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Act as the primary HR contact for foreign employees by addressing HR-related concerns, inquiries, and providing necessary support.
• Source products, equipment, and office supplies from international sourcing platforms such as Taobao, Alibaba, and other global marketplaces.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process procurement requests and ensure operational requirements are met efficiently.
• Research, assess, and negotiate with overseas suppliers to secure competitive pricing, high-quality products, and favorable contract terms.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to the company's purchasing policies, budget guidelines, and compliance standards.
