Responsibilities:
- Seek out and establish strategic alliances that support the company’s goals and market expansion efforts.
- Lead negotiations to finalize partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration and address any arising issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
- Track and report on the performance of strategic alliances, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong understanding of the Philippine insurance market and regulatory environment
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in meeting revenue targets
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- This position will be working with general insurance company operating in Southeast Asia.
- Working Set-up: Onsite
- Mondays to Fridays.
