Corcoran Smith Law Corp. is a veteran-founded California law firm serving clients throughout the state. Our work covers estate planning, probate and trust administration, inheritance and beneficiary disputes, business law, and real estate. We also represent veterans in VA disability matters.

We build long-term remote teams in the Philippines to support our U.S. practice. You will work directly with U.S. attorneys and staff on live client matters, on U.S. business hours, from your own professional home office.

The Role

You will generate and convert qualified inquiries for the firm practice areas.

• Produce practice-area content, landing pages, and client-facing collateral
• Manage local SEO and the Google Business Profile
• Run review generation and reputation monitoring
• Execute email campaigns and nurture sequences
• Coordinate paid search and track spend against results
• Report on inquiry volume, source, and conversion to consultation

Minimum Requirements — All Positions

These requirements are not negotiable. Applications that do not meet every one of them will not be considered.

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Preferred

• Marketing experience for a U.S. law firm
• Working knowledge of attorney advertising rules and required disclaimers
• Experience with Lawmatics, Clio Grow, or comparable legal CRM

Compensation and Engagement

PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility. Independent contractor engagement, long-term, working U.S. Pacific business hours.
