Long-Term YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a talented and reliable thumbnail designer to join our team long-term for a Personal Finance and Investing YouTube channel .
You will be responsible for creating 2–3 engaging, high-quality thumbnails each week . Our goal is to produce thumbnails that attract attention, increase click-through rates, and match the style of animation and faceless YouTube channels.
Responsibilities
- Design 2–3 YouTube thumbnails per week
- Create visually appealing and clickable thumbnail concepts
- Follow instructions and brand guidelines provided by our team
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members
- Complete assignments on time
- Make revisions when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience designing thumbnails for animation or faceless YouTube channels
- A strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail design and viewer psychology
- Ability to create clean, professional, and attention-grabbing designs
- Comfortable working with a team
- Reliable, responsive, and open to feedback
- Must provide examples of previous thumbnail work
Our team will provide everything you need, including video topics, titles, scripts, references, branding materials, and design instructions.
Payment
- $48 for 12 thumbnails
