Job Objectives

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily monitoring of interdepartmental communications, performance metrics, and policy adherence.
- Design and manage escalation protocols, feedback loops, documentation systems, and supply chain/inventory workflows.
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks. Implement lean solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the safety, security, and physical upkeep of the workplace to ensure a high-standard professional environment.
- Deliver regular data-driven reports and performance feedback to stakeholders to ensure departmental growth.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Office Administration, Business Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in office administration or roles involving applied engineering/technical process management.
- High proficiency in spreadsheet functions (data analysis/reporting) and a strong grasp of systems thinking.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of comprehension.
- Amenable to full-time, onsite work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
