Looking for a Recruiter/Sourcing Assistant to join our team in a Remote capacity. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with developers who match our requirements, effectively communicating our offers and connecting interested candidates directly to us. - Professional demeanor with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
