Graphic Web Designer

A. Website and Front-End Design

· Design and update Biyaheko web pages, landing pages, campaign pages, product pages, and agent onboarding pages.

· Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile users.

· Improve page design, readability, user flow, call-to-action sections, and overall visual consistency.

· Support website content for airline, hotel, ferry, travel insurance, visa assistance, tour packages, inbound travel, cruises, car arrangement, and MICE/group requests.

· Coordinate with the portal or IT supplier when design changes need to be implemented inside BK Portal.

· Maintain consistent branding across website, landing pages, portal announcements, and digital materials.

B. UI/UX and Portal Design Support

· Help design user-friendly screens for agent onboarding, wallet top-up, booking flow, dashboards, product pages, and support pages.

· Create mockups, wireframes, or prototypes for portal improvements.

· Suggest design improvements that make the portal easier and faster for agents to use.

· Prepare design assets, screen references, spacing notes, and specifications for developers or the IT supplier.

· Help identify confusing screens, poor user flow, and design issues that may reduce agent activity or sales conversion.

C. Banner and Graphic Design

· Create banners for airline, ferry, hotel, insurance, tour, visa, franchise, and agent campaigns.

· Design social media graphics, promo cards, carousel posts, announcement templates, and agent marketing materials.

· Prepare editable templates for recurring campaigns and product announcements.

· Create brand-consistent graphics for BK Media, BK Academy, BK Portal, and BK Support.

· Resize and adapt creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website banners, email, and portal announcements.

· Make sure expired promos, wrong prices, incorrect routes, or outdated product information are not published.

D. Video Editing

· Edit short videos, reels, promos, tutorials, agent announcements, product explainers, and training clips.

· Add captions, transitions, music, branding, icons, and call-to-action overlays.

· Create short videos for agent recruitment, franchise promotion, product launches, and travel campaigns.

· Convert long training or announcement content into shorter, shareable videos.

· Maintain a clean, professional, and consistent Biyaheko video style.

E. Marketing and Sales Support

· Support the sales team with campaign creatives for direct agents, master agents, white-label agents, franchise agents, and subagent networks.

· Create visual materials for agent onboarding, franchise recruitment, product promotions, sales recovery campaigns, and training announcements.

· Help prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, digital flyers, recruitment posts, and presentation materials.

· Create templates that agents can use to promote travel products professionally.

· Assist in improving digital materials that help agents sell more and communicate faster.

F. Content Uploading and Maintenance

· Upload approved content to the website, portal, CMS, or landing page builder.

· Update banners, product pages, promo pages, agent recruitment pages, and announcements.

· Maintain organized folders for design files, raw videos, edited videos, brand assets, templates, and campaign materials.

· Remove or replace outdated materials quickly.

· Coordinate approval before publishing price-sensitive, supplier-sensitive, or compliance-sensitive materials.
