Sales Distribution Specialist

Implement trade and distribution plans to achieve sales targets. - Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure trade marketing materials are properly displayed.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and provide regular reports.
- Support the sales team in ensuring efficient product distribution and merchandising.
Qualification Summary:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in trade, distribution, or sales operations .
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle (for fieldwork and area coverage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledgeable in distribution and trade marketing execution.
- Willing to work onsite and travel within Camarines Norte and nearby areas.
