Junior Architect

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and design documents for various projects.
• Support project coordination activities, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Prepare and revise architectural drawings using design software while ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Conduct site visits, fieldwork, and inspections to monitor project progress and gather site information.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with senior architects and other departments to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. At least one (1) year of related work experience is an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other architectural/design software. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of assisting in architectural design development, project documentation, site inspections, and coordination of project activities while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Working Conditions: Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections when necessary. Able to manage multiple tasks and work within project deadlines.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required.
