The sales and Marketing Staff is responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, and increasing sales. This role involves developing marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and supporting sales effore to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
- Business Administration, or a related field is a plus factor
- Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaign
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Manage social media accounts and online promotions.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
