SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager

Job Overview

As a SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client requirements
• Analyzing client data needs and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making
• Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to create visualizations and reports that enhance data insights
• Overseeing data integration and migration processes to optimize data management and quality
• Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for data quality improvement and process optimization
• Directing teams through complex data analysis and modeling tasks to deliver strategic insights
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine data solutions
• Promoting the adoption of innovative data technologies and practices within client organizations
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
• Utilizing SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) for strategic insights
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
