- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and financial services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in travel or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
