Job description Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily accounting tasks including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports Monitor and update inventory records regularly Coordinate with warehouse or supply teams to ensure accurate stock levels Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support audit and inventory count activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role, preferably with inventory exposure Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills
