QA/QC Manager

The QA/QC Manager – Civil Engineer oversees all quality assurance and quality control activities for high-rise construction projects, including data centers, hotels, and condominiums. This role ensures that all civil works meet design specifications, construction standards, and regulatory codes while maintaining high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for civil works on high-rise projects.
- Inspect and monitor construction activities including structural, concrete, and foundation works.
- Review and approve project documentation, shop drawings, material submittals, and test reports.
- Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
- Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track corrective actions until resolution.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and documentation for project audits.
- Train and mentor site engineers and QC inspectors on quality procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in high-rise construction projects (data centers, hotels, or condominiums).
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and practices (ACI, ASTM, local building codes).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
