Position: Credit Management Executive
GENERAL FUNCTION
The CME will call the clients to collect payments and negotiate payment and repayment terms.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- With previous experience in debt collection or a related field
- Basic knowledge of debt collection and regulations
- Collection experience from any of the following industries : Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, Local BPOs focused on Debt Management
- Adept in negotiating, persuading and data gathering
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Job Types: Full-time,
