Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in customer service, preferably in travel or BPO sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for travel.
