Description - Prepare and cut meat for sale, following health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Stay informed about cuts of meat and their appropriate cooking methods.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a butcher or food service role
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong customer service skills, experience with meat preparation
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, teamwork-oriented
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of food safety practices and compliance
